ANCIENT FORESTS, ANCIENT WATER, ANCIENT WISDOM RETREATS is where wellness begins. Learn and experience a healthier lifestyle with fun and adventure. Your retreat will include hiking and forest bathing, forest fitness, yoga classes, mindfulness and meditation as well as three healthy meals and snacks every day, cooking classes and nutritional guidance. Throughout the week you will also experience stand up paddle-boarding, surfing or kayaking. A First Nations cultural excursion in an authentic dug-out canoe is a West Coast highlight. Day’s end brings the options of hot tub, massage or campfire.  We work with all our guests individually to determine wellness goals and how to best assist with initiating these during the retreat and sustaining them afterwards.
